For targets in data analytics, workplace technology, and fintech, I assess the product, the technology organization, and the roadmap: how the product is built and where its constraints are, whether the team and delivery process can support the growth in the plan, the state of technical debt, and the build-versus-buy and vendor decisions that will shape the next two years. Where a deep architecture or security audit is warranted, I bring in a specialist engineer and integrate the findings.
