An embedded operating role inside a portfolio company, not a monthly advisory call.
I join a portfolio company — often one recently acquired — for up to six months as a hands-on operator. Typical work: resolving operational issues that didn't surface in diligence, consolidating overlapping systems after an acquisition, and building enterprise sales and customer-success processes that were never set up to scale. This is the work I did integrating Worldpay into Global Payments, integrating acquisitions at FM:Systems, and building the go-to-market and renewals engine at Rifiniti.
I'm accountable for outcomes in the business, not for a set of recommendations.
Best for: PE and VC firms that need an operator inside a portfolio company for a defined period.
